The Wanderer returns

Brian Thorburn has just taken delivery of a year old Wanderer dinghy. It arrived at Lairwell on Wednesday and the photo shows Brian receiving advice from  Eric, Sandy Fergus and Charlie on how it should be rigged. Brian is the one with the completely baffled look on his face resulting from an overdose of conflicting advice.
Seriously, I am sure you will get hours of fun sailing, pottering and just fiddling with your new toy and I am sure you will be itching to get afloat and see how it goes.
The boat shares the same hull as the club boat but the interior has been modernised and looks very clean and features a double floor which should address the problem we have with draining the last of the water from the bilges and transom flaps will allow thee boat to be sailed dry after a capsize.
