A great barbecue was enjoyed by members at Perth Sail;ing Club on Saturday evening as the sun went down over the city and Friarton Bridge. For those of you who have not been to one of these, the club supplies burgers, sausages etc while members provide a salad or sweet.

While the social function was predictable, the sailing proved a real test for entrants. Saturday was sunny with rather much wind for some in the gusty conditions, while Sunday was dull with very little wind. As the day continued, the wind got lighter, the rain started and the tide began to ebb.
